As a quality assurance associate, you will be responsible for inspecting materials and packaging to make sure they meet quality requirements. The job involves the completion of daily QA reports and documentation. We are seeking 8 dedicated Visual Quality Inspectors to join our production team immediately.
Due to an unexpected automation outage, these temporary roles are critical to maintaining the production timeline and quality standards.
You will be responsible for meticulously examining products to ensure they meet strict company and industry standards. This position requires high attention to detail, stamina for long shifts, and excellent visual acuity.
Shift Schedules & Compensation
We are hiring for two distinct shifts. Please indicate your preference during the application process.
Day Shift (4 Openings):
Schedule: Monday to Wednesday (12-hour shifts) + 1 short shift on Thursday.
Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour
Key Responsibilities
Perform 100% manual visual inspection of products on the production line.
Identify, segregate, and document defects based on established quality control guidelines.
Maintain a fast, consistent pace to match production requirements.
Adhere to all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Position Requirements
Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Ability to work the specified 12-hour shift schedules (including a double shift for night crew).
Conditional Hiring Requirements:
Must pass our internal operational assessment.
Must pass an external, company-paid medical eye examination to ensure necessary visual acuity for the role.
Employment Terms
Type: True Temporary / Contract.
Duration: Dependent on equipment remediation; potential for future consideration as we evaluate transitioning to 4-shift operations.

Step 1: Initial Phone Screening & Interview (Conducted by Randstad)
Step 2: Internal Assessment + Interview with Assistant Production Manager (APM)
Step 3: Final Interview with Operations Manager & secondary APM

- up to 35 lbs. (medium lifting)
- Able to read blueprints & schematics
- Verbal communication skills
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate logs
- Inspect quality and defects of products
- Use measurement devices such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures
dress code:
Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
