Key Responsibilities:- Take charge of the sales process, including the removal and installation of tires for various vehicles, both in-shop and on the road.
- Oversee the repair and maintenance of equipment, as well as general upkeep of the facility.
- Lift and move items weighing over 75 pounds while working in confined spaces.
- Adapt to various temperature conditions while prioritizing customer safety and satisfaction by adhering to company safety protocols.
- Work a rotating schedule that includes both day and night shifts as required.
- Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation, with costs covered by our organization.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in different environmental conditions.
- Commitment to customer service and safety.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
This role involves working in a busy environment where teamwork and communication are essential. You will be expected to maintain a clean workspace and interact positively with customers and colleagues alike.
