Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Experience working in school-based environments, with knowledge of IEP development and implementation
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals
• Comfortable with onsite, face-to-face therapy delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students across various age groups and needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and interpret evaluation data to help identify students needing intervention
• Maintain accurate records and document sessions in compliance with school and legal requirements
• Serve as a resource to educational staff and families regarding speech-language issues
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute proactively to student support teams
