Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction and support to a small caseload of 10–15 students, focusing on 3rd grade using both push-in and pull-out models
• Seamlessly adapt to support individual and small groups across 3rd, 4th, and 5th-grade levels
• Work collaboratively with fellow general education teachers, support staff, and administrators to coordinate instruction, track student progress, and maintain consistent communication
• Maintain a well-managed classroom, set clear expectations, and advocate for appropriate resources and student growth
• Embrace flexible day-to-day assignments and caseload adjustments as shared during the interview

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Current certification in special education highly preferred
• Demonstrated adaptability and a strong, proactive personality
