Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction and support to a small caseload of 10–15 students, focusing on 3rd grade using both push-in and pull-out models
- Seamlessly adapt to support individual and small groups across 3rd, 4th, and 5th-grade levels
- Work collaboratively with fellow general education teachers, support staff, and administrators to coordinate instruction, track student progress, and maintain consistent communication
- Maintain a well-managed classroom, set clear expectations, and advocate for appropriate resources and student growth
- Embrace flexible day-to-day assignments and caseload adjustments as shared during the interview
Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Current certification in special education highly preferred
- Demonstrated adaptability and a strong, proactive personality
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine team-player approach
- Confidence supporting students with diverse learning needs across multiple grade levels
- Prior experience with resource/pull-out models or multi-grade classrooms valued
