School Speech Language Pathologist - Vincentown, New Jersey

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP state license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
• Demonstrated experience working with pediatric populations, preferably within school environments
• Familiarity with IEP processes, speech/language assessment, and data-driven intervention planning
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with educators, parents, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals for students in Pre-K through 3rd grade
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to incorporate speech/language strategies into daily instruction
• Maintain thorough documentation of progress, maintaining compliance with school and state guidelines
• Communicate regularly with families and multidisciplinary teams regarding students’ needs and progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to help each student thrive academically and socially
