Position: Associate Dentist

We are currently looking for an Associate Dentist to join our expanding team. Support our mission of providing outstanding dental care to the community and help us create more smiles and unforgettable experiences for both children and adults. Responsibilities

• Provide dental services to patients with the support of a dedicated team.
• Utilize advanced tools such as DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and Panorex units.
• Work with fiber-optic handpieces.
• Participate in yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training.
• Enjoy a supportive team structure with a ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.
• Serve a patient base primarily consisting of ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on the location.
• Manage an office flow of approximately 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients.
• Work with a mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• A DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
• A current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where care is provided or eligibility for licensure.
• Any additional required certifications, such as CPR and DEA.
• Nitrous Oxide certification (only applicable in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
• A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults.
