The chosen candidate will collaborate with two experienced Nurse Practitioners to provide care for patients across all age groups, from infancy to the elderly. This practice is conveniently situated within a medical services facility connected to Sacred Heart Hospital in Lavonia.
This position is located in a rural area and is eligible for various state loan forgiveness initiatives, including the Physicians for Rural Areas Assistance Program (PRAA) and the Georgia Physicians Education Loan Repayment Program (GPELRP).
