Our organization is currently in search of a fellowship-trained, board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with a specialization in Sports Medicine, particularly in Shoulder Arthroscopy. This is a remarkable chance to be one of the initial surgeons in our newly formed hospital-employed practice and contribute to the development of a top-tier orthopedic service line.

Position Details- Full-time orthopedic surgeon focusing on Sports Medicine, Shoulder Arthroplasty, and Arthroscopy
- Surgeries will be conducted at:
- St. Peters Hospital - Albany, NY
- Samaritan Hospital - Troy, NY
- Robust referral network through a comprehensive primary care system
- Assistance from skilled Orthopedic Surgery inpatient and outpatient APP teams

Our organization provides a comprehensive salary and benefits package that includes:
- A 5-Year Guarantee ranging from $725,000 to $800,000 for experienced surgeons.
- The stated salary represents the initial total compensation range and does not encompass productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift bonuses, or other cash compensation relevant to the role. Additionally, providers generally receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is in accordance with state regulations and may vary based on the aforementioned factors.
