Job Description
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A hospital-based clinical pharmacist position is available for a 13-week assignment in Ft Bragg, CA. This role involves providing essential medication-related services on a day-shift schedule of four 10-hour days per week. Candidates should be ready for an ASAP start.
Responsibilities include order verification, supervising pharmacy technicians, and consulting with nursing and physician staff to ensure safe and effective medication use. Experience with Cerner and Omnicell systems is required to manage electronic health records and medication dispensing efficiently.
The ideal candidate will hold a valid California pharmacist license and have prior hospital pharmacy experience. Full-time availability is necessary to meet the demands of this position.
