Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license

• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to K-8th grade students
• Evaluate students and identify needs to support functional participation
• Develop, implement, and update individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents for optimal student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and prepare required documentation
• Travel between two school sites as part of the weekly schedule
