Physical Therapist - School Setting in O Fallon, IL

What we’re seeking:

• Active Illinois Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Professional Educator License (PEL) required
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is desirable
• Ability to work with students across K-12
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering direct and consultative PT services to students per IEP specifications
• Conducting evaluations and assessments to determine individual needs
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans
• Collaborating closely with educators, related service professionals, and families
• Documenting student progress and maintaining accurate records and reports
• Participating in IEP meetings and providing recommendations to the team
• Advancing a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
• Managing a consistent schedule of 5 days per week, 37.5 hours weekly

In this contract role, you’ll receive highly competitive compensation of approximately $50 per hour, with weekly pay for your efforts.
