- Position Type: 0.2 FTE and call coverage 6 weeks per year \n

Schedule: Regular schedule will be one day a week (Wednesdays) 8-4:30pm\n

- Will also provide PTO coverage on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday as needed \n
\n - Location: Lacks Cancer Center Grand Rapids, MI \n
- Specialty: Palliative Care \n
- Hospital Info: Trinity Health Grand Rapids Hospital \n
- Team Size: Will work alongside a physician and 3 nurse navigators \n
- Call Requirements: Call coverage 6 weeks per year \n

Requirements

- Experience only \n
- Board certified prior to employment \n
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain) \n
- DEA license \n
Duties & Responsibilities
\nA typical day may include:

- Providing direct patient care \n
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams \n
- Participating in teaching and mentoring \n
- Documenting in Epic EMR \n
- Engaging in quality improvement initiatives \n
- Supporting community health efforts \n
