Job Responsibilities- Work a 14 on, 14 off rotation with shifts from Monday to Sunday, 8 am to 5 pm.
- Manage a caseload of 15 to 20 patients per shift, focusing on adult behavioral health.
- Oversee care in a 48-bed inpatient psychiatry unit.
- Address a range of conditions including anxiety, mood disorders, ADD/ADHD, personality disorders, and eating disorders.
- Utilize experience with involuntary commitments and restraint protocols.
- Demonstrate familiarity with ECT, group therapy, and family therapy.
- Maintain a 2:1 ratio of follow-ups to new patient evaluations.
- Fellowship training is preferred for this ongoing role.
- Experience in adult behavioral health settings.
- Knowledge of relevant treatment protocols and therapies.
- Fellowship training is a plus.
