Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Material Handler for a temp-to-permanent opportunity . You will manage inventory flow and operate machinery. This role offers a three-day weekend every week and a clear path to permanent hiring based on performance and attendance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Forklifts: Move heavy loads safely using sit-down or stand-up forklifts.
- Load and Unload: Feed production lines and empty inbound freight trucks.
- Inventory Control: Scan barcodes and log material locations into the system.
- Staging: Organize products on pallets for efficient shipping and storage.
- Safety Compliance: Inspect equipment daily and maintain clean walkways.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of strong, continuous forklift operation.
- Certification: Valid forklift license or ability to pass internal testing.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Schedule: Must commit to the full 10-hour Monday through Thursday schedule.
