Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
  • Current or eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply.
  • State licensure as an SLP or eligibility for licensure in Colorado.
  • Strong background in evaluating and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in pediatric and school settings.
  • Experience or training in developing IEP goals, progress monitoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy sessions for students with a variety of speech and language needs.
  • Work with students from diverse backgrounds, focusing on supporting their success in the classroom.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records, complete required documentation, and participate in IEP meetings.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other related service providers to ensure coordinated and effective support.
  • Provide consultation and guidance to educational staff on communication strategies for students.
  • Commitment to working 3-4 days per week, with mandatory availability on Wednesdays.
