Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
- Current or eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply.
- State licensure as an SLP or eligibility for licensure in Colorado.
- Strong background in evaluating and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in pediatric and school settings.
- Experience or training in developing IEP goals, progress monitoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy sessions for students with a variety of speech and language needs.
- Work with students from diverse backgrounds, focusing on supporting their success in the classroom.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records, complete required documentation, and participate in IEP meetings.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other related service providers to ensure coordinated and effective support.
- Provide consultation and guidance to educational staff on communication strategies for students.
- Commitment to working 3-4 days per week, with mandatory availability on Wednesdays.
