\n This facility manufactures seals, bearings, and composite parts for the aerospace industry. As an Expeditor, you'll play a key role in supporting production by tracking work orders, coordinating with multiple departments, and ensuring jobs move through the shop efficiently. This is a unique position that combines customer service, production coordination, and shop floor support with opportunities for long-term growth.\n

\n Expeditor Duties:\n
\n
    \n
  • Track and monitor open work orders throughout the manufacturing process.
    • \n
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure jobs stay on schedule.
    • \n
  • Walk the shop floor to locate parts and resolve production delays.
    • \n
  • Communicate with internal departments regarding work order status and priorities.
    • \n
  • Update production information using email and Excel.
    • \n
  • Provide excellent customer service while supporting internal teams and production planning.
    • \n

\n Schedule:\n
\n

  • Day Shift
    • \n
  • Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
    • \n
\n
\n Pay: $23.00\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n Expeditor Requirements:\n
\n
    \n
  • 1–2 years of customer service, production coordination, or manufacturing experience preferred.
    • \n
  • Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Excel.
    • \n
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • \n
  • Comfortable spending most of the day walking the production floor while tracking work orders and communicating with team members.
    • \n
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
    • \n
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
    • \n
