Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license in the state of Texas
  • Prior experience working with school-aged children (preferred)
  • Strong evaluation, diagnostic, and report-writing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess speech, language, and communication disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student success teams
  • Provide direct group and individual therapy services as needed
