Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license in the state of Texas
- Prior experience working with school-aged children (preferred)
- Strong evaluation, diagnostic, and report-writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student success teams
- Provide direct group and individual therapy services as needed
