Current openings include three roles in 3rd and 4th grade classrooms, one position for kindergarten and 1st grade, and another for 2nd grade. Candidates must hold valid K-3 or K-5 certification and demonstrate flexibility in supporting various elementary grade levels. Each position follows a consistent schedule, working approximately 7.25 hours daily, from around 8:20 AM to 3:45 PM.
Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Active K-3 or K-5 teaching certification
- Background in elementary education, with strengths in math, science, social studies, and English Language Arts
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a nurturing, inclusive atmosphere
- Experience collaborating with grade-level colleagues and support staff
- Openness to adapting lesson plans to meet diverse learners’ needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lessons based on grade-level standards
- Assess student growth and provide timely feedback
- Foster a positive, safe, and respectful classroom climate
- Communicate with families regarding student progress
- Contribute to grade-level planning and school initiatives
