Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Seneca, SC

This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week as part of a dedicated team that features 16 Speech-Language Pathologists/Therapists, including guidance from a Lead SLP. Shape the upcoming school year by making a meaningful difference for students with a manageable average caseload of 50-55.

Key Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure as an SLP in South Carolina (or ability to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Prior experience in a school setting preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services targeting a range of communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for educational planning
