This full-time contract opportunity offers the chance to provide speech-language services to preschool through 3rd-grade students during a maternity leave. You'll work in a vibrant educational setting near Clementon, NJ, collaborating with committed educators and families to nurture student success.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • Experience working in school-based environments preferred
  • Familiarity with early childhood through elementary populations (PreK–3rd)
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet a diverse range of student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in line with IEP goals
  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students in PreK to 3rd grade
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote carryover of skills across settings
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports, ensuring compliance with school and state documentation requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team planning, and staff trainings as needed
