This opportunity near Calhan, CO allows you to work with a diverse pediatric caseload while enjoying a flexible 3-4 day workweek, with Wednesdays as a required day. Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Colorado state licensure (or eligibility) for SLP practice in schools
  • Previous experience with pediatric populations in educational or healthcare settings preferred
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills for a variety of speech and language disorders
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver targeted intervention sessions
  • Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to support student IEPs
  • Maintain detailed and compliant documentation for all services provided
  • Offer support to classroom teachers and participate in IEP meetings
  • Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding strategies and progress
