Job Description
Make a meaningful impact on students’ lives as a Speech-Language Pathologist working in a school-based contract position for the 26/27 academic year. Embrace the opportunity to serve a diverse range of students in elementary, middle, or high school settings, with three openings available to match your preferred age group and interests. This full-time, onsite W2 position runs from August 13, 2026, to June 10, 2027, and is open to both experienced clinicians (CCC) and new graduates (CFY). Supervision will be provided for CFY candidates to ensure professional growth and support.
Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)—supervision offered for CFYs
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to start date
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Comfortable managing a caseload averaging 55 students
- Willingness to work onsite throughout the school year
- Great communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals in collaboration with educational teams
- Provide intervention and support services within the school setting
- Maintain documentation, progress notes, and student records in compliance with district and federal guidelines
- Actively participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment
