Step into a rewarding role supporting K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist, working onsite with schools throughout the greater Olympia area, including Lacey, Tumwater, and the surrounding counties. As a valued contract professional, you will have the flexibility to work either four days a week with extended hours or a standard five-day schedule based on your preferences. What We’re Looking For:
- Active SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience in a school setting serving K-12 students is highly desirable
- Comfort providing therapy, assessments, and intervention plans for diverse student populations
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to travel to multiple locations within the region (including commuting to Shelton, Raymond, and McCleary)
- Open to full-time schedules: either 4 days/week, 8.75 hours per day, or 5 days/week, 8 hours per day
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans addressing students’ unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to promote student success
- Complete all required reporting, progress tracking, and documentation in a timely manner
- Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with educational standards
