\nWe’re currently looking for a *Civil Engineer / Project Manager* to join our Westbrook team and play a key role in shaping projects from concept through construction.\n
\n
\n_What You’ll Do_\n
\n
\nIn this role, you’ll be involved in a wide range of exciting projects and responsibilities, including:\n
\n
\n* Collaborating with project managers on site assessments and feasibility studies\n
\n* Preparing design plans, specifications, and technical reports\n
\n* Developing site layouts, grading plans, utilities, and stormwater designs\n
\n* Supporting permitting efforts at the local and state level\n
\n* Presenting projects to planning boards and review committees\n
\n* Monitoring construction progress and performing site inspections\n
\n* Building strong relationships with clients, regulators, and team members\n
\n* Keeping projects on track with regular updates and communication\n
\n
\n_What You Bring_\n
\n
\nWe’re looking for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow:\n
\n
\n* 2+ years of civil/site engineering experience\n
\n* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (EIT or PE preferred)\n
\n* Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D\n
\n* Experience with stormwater modeling (HydroCAD is a plus)\n
\n* Familiarity with site design, permitting, grading, drainage, and erosion control\n
\n* Knowledge of Maine DEP regulations and local permitting processes is a plus\n
\n* Strong communication and teamwork skills\n
\n
