Property Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly property financial statements.

• Perform rent roll, straight-line rent, CAM, property tax, insurance, and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Record journal entries, accruals, prepaids, depreciation, and fixed asset activity.

• Review lease documentation, vendor invoices, and lease commissions.

• Assist with property budgets and month-end close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

• 2-3+ years of property or real estate accounting experience.

• Strong Excel skills; MRI experience is a plus.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
