Design individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs and goals
Deliver engaging, play-based therapy that keeps kids motivated and progressing
Partner closely with parents, teachers, and fellow healthcare providers for coordinated, whole-child care
Track progress and adapt treatment plans to keep outcomes on track
Coach families with practical tools and strategies they can use at home
Keep documentation accurate, timely, and audit-ready
Stay sharp with the latest research and early intervention best practices
What You Bring
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active state licensure/certification as an SLP
Solid grasp of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology as they relate to speech and communication
A compassionate, patient-first approach paired with strong assessment and care-planning skills
Pediatric experience preferred; early intervention experience is a big plus
