Job Description

The Employee Health Nurse will be responsible for conducting pre-employment health assessments and ensuring the health and well-being of employees. This role requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating flexibility and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

\n
• Conduct assessments and review medical histories and records.
\n
• Administer immunizations and collect blood titers and urine samples.
\n
• Perform respirator fit testing and TB assessments.
\n
• Maintain compliance with occupational health standards and best practices.
\n
• Document patient health information accurately in the charting system.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams as needed.
\n

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

\n
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Employee Health or a related field.
\n
• Current and valid BLS certification required.
\n
• State licensure in New York is required in hand to submit.
\n
• Experience with EPIC charting system is mandatory.
\n
