MercyOneNortheast Iowa is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join MercyOne Kimball Family Medicine, a well-established outpatient clinic in Waterloo, Iowa. This is an excellent opportunity to practice full-spectrum family medicine in a single location with a strong patient base and the support of a large, integrated health system.

- 4.5-day workweek with excellent work-life balance \n
- Call 1:4 with nurse triage only; no hospital call \n
- Outpatient-only practice; no hospital rounds \n
- Single clinic location with on-site lab and imaging \n
- Telehealth and virtual visits supported \n
- Shared location with pediatric care \n
- Full access to MercyOne specialists and services \n

Compensation & Benefits

- 2-year income guarantee: $290,191/year plus incentives \n
- $150,000 bonus package \n
- Relocation allowance up to $15,000 \n
