Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A specialized compounding pharmacy focusing on Weight Loss and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy seeks a Full-Time Lead Pharmacy Technician. This direct hire opportunity offers a pivotal role in managing pharmacy operations and supporting growth initiatives.
Location: DeBary, FL
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; 40 hours per week
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing administrative tasks such as processing invoices and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Demonstrating strong attention to detail in all pharmacy functions
- Facilitating clear communication and fostering teamwork among staff
- Upholding professionalism and reliability in a fast-paced environment
- Managing multiple responsibilities effectively
- Supporting efforts to expand the pharmacy’s services and operations
Qualifications:
- Active and clear Florida Pharmacy Technician license required
- Proven experience as a lead technician, with the ability to manage staff and pharmacy processes
- Compounding pharmacy experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to pharmacy growth
