Job Description

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Accepting applicants with CCC or completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred, but open to strong new graduates
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Daily Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Manage a diverse K-12th grade caseload
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP requirements
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Document and report on student assessments, progress, and outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
