Qualifications:

  • Active Washington Occupational Therapy license
  • Current ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certificate
  • Strong background or interest in working within school settings
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage a dynamic caseload and work with students from elementary through high school

What You’ll Do:

  • Assess and develop treatment plans for students with varied needs, targeting their educational and functional goals
  • Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to ensure coordinated, individualized care
  • Deliver direct and consultative services, adapting activities to foster student success across school environments
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
  • Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
