Our organization is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to become part of a flourishing practice situated in Elkhart, Indiana, specifically at Simonton Lake Family Practice.
This practice is integrated within a multi-specialty facility that provides convenient access to on-site X-ray and laboratory services, ensuring a smooth experience for both patients and healthcare providers. The chosen candidate will collaborate with a dedicated team that includes family practitioners and various specialists located within the same building.
This role involves a traditional Family Medicine practice that delivers comprehensive care for patients of all ages, from children to seniors. Services offered encompass chronic disease management, preventive care, minor procedures, and more. The average daily patient volume ranges from 18 to 22.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Minimal on-call responsibilities
