Job Description
Our organization is excited to present a fantastic full-time opportunity for a Fellowship-trained, Board Certified or Board Eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine physician to join an established practice in Mishawaka, Indiana. This community-focused practice is situated within a Medical Office Building that is conveniently located next to the hospital.
On average, the practice sees between 20 to 25 patients each day. The Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center (SJRMC) features a Level III NICU staffed with Neonatologists, alongside a Laborist program and in-house anesthesiology services available around the clock. The facility is equipped with advanced ultrasound technology, including the GE Voluson E8 with PACS storage and real-time central monitoring. Additionally, consultations with an on-site PhD genetic counselor are available as needed. This role presents an exciting chance for a dedicated Maternal Fetal Medicine physician to become part of a well-established practice.
This position will be employed by the Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center, which is part of a regional health system affiliated with a prominent medical institution.
Our organization serves as the employed division of the Saint Joseph Health System (SJHS). The network encompasses over 20 practice locations with more than 100 primary care and specialist physicians across St. Joseph, Marshall, and Elkhart Counties. SJHS operates as a non-profit, comprehensive multi-hospital healthcare system, featuring two hospitals and several satellite facilities. Located in North Central Indiana, SJRMC includes a 254-bed acute care hospital in Mishawaka and a 58-bed acute care hospital in Plymouth, along with the Saint Joseph Medical Group (SJMG).
*Board Certification must be achieved within 5 years following the completion of the Residency Program.
