Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current SLP-CCC certification and relevant state licensure (or eligibility)
  • Background in school-based therapy; elementary experience preferred
  • Able to manage a diverse elementary caseload and collaborate with SLP-A support
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and interventions for elementary-age students
  • Case manage for 21 students, with a broader service provider load of 76 (in collaboration with an SLP-A)
  • Develop IEPs, participate in team meetings, and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Collaborate with fellow SLPs and educational staff to deliver high-quality therapy services
