School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Cary, North Carolina

The assignment is for the entire school year, beginning as students return in late August and continuing through early June. You’ll enjoy a consistent, 37.5-hour work week, working closely with dedicated educators and families to ensure every child’s success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of North Carolina
• Valid, current North Carolina teacher certification
• Open to SLPs with CCC, recent graduates completing CFY, or those experienced in school-based settings
• Experience or interest in serving K-12 students; caseload tailored to your preference
• Commitment to fostering growth and communication skills in students with diverse needs

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for speech and language disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote positive student outcomes
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP processes
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities
• Adapt therapy and intervention strategies based on student needs and goals
