An exciting opportunity awaits for a dedicated Occupational Therapist passionate about making a difference in elementary education settings. Embrace a full-time role beginning August 2026 through May 2027, working 32.5 hours per week within an engaging elementary caseload. In this position, you’ll play a key role fostering student success and supporting developmental growth in a collaborative school environment located near Cicero, IL.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active OT license in the state or eligibility to obtain prior to start
  • Experience serving pediatric populations, ideally within school settings
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
  • Passion for delivering individualized and group interventions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop student-centered treatment plans
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students with a variety of needs
  • Collaborate with teachers to integrate therapy goals in classroom settings
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting and progress reporting
  • Educate school staff and parents on strategies and accommodations
  • Keep accurate records and maintain compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
