Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, functional behavior assessments (FBAs), and analyze client data.

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans using evidence-based ABA principles.

• Supervise, train, and mentor Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure treatment fidelity.

• Provide parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization and long-term success.

• Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, educators, and other community stakeholders to ensure continuity of care.

• Ensure services are delivered ethically and in compliance with BACB standards and applicable regulations.

• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development activities.

Required Qualifications

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

• Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license (or eligibility for licensure, as required by the state).

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

• Experience providing ABA services to children and/or individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities.

• Strong leadership, supervision, and clinical decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
