Position: Traveling Associate Dentist

We are currently looking for a Traveling Associate Dentist to become part of our expanding team. Support our mission of delivering exceptional dental care to the community and assist us in creating more smiles and unforgettable experiences for both children and adults. • Engage with your community while participating in initiatives that enhance the company’s positive image!
• Participate in morning meetings (or even lead one!), organize your day, express appreciation to your team, and highlight outstanding examples of customer service, teamwork, and goal achievement.
• Enjoy working with children, who represent 70% or more of our patient demographic.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental services to patients with the assistance of your team.
• Uphold the highest standards of integrity by complying with all governmental regulations, company policies, and compliance programs.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Our Practice Offers

• DentaPro software for efficient practice management.
• Digital x-ray and Panorex units for advanced imaging.
• Fiber-optic handpieces for enhanced patient care.
• Annual training in OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management.
• A supportive team structure with a ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.
• A patient demographic primarily consisting of ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on the location.
• Office workflow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients.
• A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors.

Qualifications

We expect you to possess:

• A DDS/DMD degree from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
• A current, valid dental license in the states where you will provide care or eligibility for licensure.
• Any additional certifications required, such as CPR and DEA.
• Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
• A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults.
• The willingness and ability to cover the following geographical areas:
