Step into a pivotal role supporting students across K-12 as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic school-based setting near Marion, IN. Qualifications:

  • Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience in pediatric or school-based SLP roles strongly preferred
  • Proficient in evaluating and providing therapy to K-12 students presenting with a range of speech and language needs
  • Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve a K-12 caseload of approximately 60 students, conducting assessments, developing individualized education plans (IEPs), and providing direct therapy services
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, special education staff, and administrators to support each student’s unique goals
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Employ evidence-based practices to address communication disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, and voice
  • Provide guidance and resources to classroom staff to facilitate carry-over of therapy strategies
