Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Chatsworth, Georgia

Embark on a rewarding opportunity supporting students in early education settings offering speech-language therapy for preschool through 5th-grade students. This contract role spans from July 27, 2026, through May 2027, working three days each week (approximately 24 hours weekly) across 2-4 school sites serving both preschool and elementary schools. Qualifications:

• Active SLP-CCC or SLP-CF credential required
• Experience or interest in working within schools, pediatrics, or healthcare settings
• Knowledge of best practices for delivering speech-language services in educational environments
• Excellent communication and rapport-building abilities with students, staff, and families
• Commitment to individualized, evidence-based interventions

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students ages 3 through 5th grade
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and paraprofessionals to support student success
• Serve across multiple schools within the district, primarily at preschool and elementary sites
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for classroom strategies
• Maintain organized records and communicate regularly with parents and guardians
