Key Qualifications:
- Holds a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice as an SLP in Massachusetts
- Previous experience working in K-12 school environments preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators

What You'll Do:
- Assess and identify speech, language, and communication needs of students across K-12 grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services in individual or small group settings
- Document progress and maintain up-to-date records in compliance with school and state requirements
- Consult with educators and participate in IEP meetings to support students' learning
- Engage with families to provide updates, resources, and strategies for continued growth outside of school
