\nThis position is based out of our Newport Beach office and offers the opportunity to work closely with firm leadership on complex, high-value cases. Having prior Personal Injury Law experience is a plus, but not required.\n

\n*Key Responsibilities:*\n
\n
\n* Manage a full caseload of _litigation_ personal injury matters through settlement.\n
\n* Evaluate case value, liability, and treatment to develop case strategy and maximize client recovery.\n
\n* Maintain consistent communication with clients.\n
\n* Review demand letters, settlement proposals, and related documentation.\n
\n* Collaborate with case managers, medical records teams, and supervising attorneys to ensure files progress efficiently.\n
\n* Monitor litigation progress and guide clients through the litigation process.\n
\n* Provide exceptional client service and maintain a high standard of professionalism throughout all case stages.\n
\n
\n*Qualifications:*\n
\n
\n* Active California Bar license in good standing.\n
\n* Exceptional communication, analytical, and research skills.\n
\n* Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.\n
\n* Strong client service orientation and team mentality.\n
\n* Bilingual and/or multi-state licensure is a plus.\n
\n* Personal Injury or Civil Litigation experience is a plus.\n

\n* Starting salary of $140,000+, commensurate with experience and performance.\n
\n* Performance-based bonuses and long-term earning potential through a fee-sharing structure.\n
