Senior Tax Preparer
Job Description
Build a career where you can make an impact-not just prepare returns.
We believe great tax professionals want more than a production quota. They want meaningful client relationships, interesting technical work, and the opportunity to help real people and business owners make better financial decisions.
We're a growing, relationship-focused CPA firm looking for an experienced EA or CPA who enjoys solving tax issues, partnering with clients, and being part of a collaborative team.
If you're looking for a place where you're trusted, supported, and able to grow your skills without becoming just another employee at a large firm, we'd love to meet you.
Why Join?
Work directly with the firm owner-not layers of management.
Become a trusted advisor, not just a tax preparer.
Enjoy a wide variety of tax work that keeps every day interesting.
Build long-term relationships with clients and watch their businesses grow.
Be part of a small, collaborative team where your ideas matter.
Gain broad experience that simply isn't available in larger firms.
Hybrid flexibility available for the right candidate.
We value quality work, teamwork, and long-term relationships over billable-hour pressure.
