What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Valid and active Georgia SPED licensure/certification is required at the time of application.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is highly desired.
- Prior school-based SLP experience is preferred, especially with elementary-aged children.
- Demonstrated commitment to effective communication, strong organization, and precise documentation.
- Full-time availability during regular school hours (Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week).
- Ability to work onsite; consideration for virtual candidates if supported by an onsite SLPA.
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to elementary-age students.
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations in line with best practices and legal requirements.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
