Step into a rewarding school-based opportunity providing speech-language therapy services for students in a vibrant educational setting this school year and the next. Based in Habersham, GA, this contract position is ideal for skilled SLPs who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners, especially those in ASD and Severe/Profound classrooms. This onsite-only role, open to both Clinical Fellows and experienced professionals, offers flexibility with both full-time (up to 37.5 hours per week) and part-time schedules under consideration.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Georgia SLP license (required)
  • Active GA Educator Certificate (required)
  • Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) and seasoned SLPs
  • Previous school-based experience highly valued
  • Background working with K–5 students with ASD or severe/profound needs preferred
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration and IEP participation
  • Reliable transportation for onsite duties

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, individualized speech therapy services to K–5 students in ASD and Severe/Profound settings
  • Effectively document progress and take part in IEP meetings
  • Complete Medicaid billing and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Participate in ongoing progress monitoring and educational planning
