Job Description

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Ohio
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Familiarity with home health or healthcare-related OT practice is a plus
- Ability to develop and implement individualized plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and support students’ functional skills to promote participation in school activities
- Develop and execute individualized intervention plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with educational teams, parents, and caregivers for effective goal setting
- Provide documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and professional guidelines
- Assist with transitioning and adaptation strategies for students with a variety of abilities
