Office Clerk - Operations
Job Description
Requires the ability to learn and follow policies, procedures and standards of their area, department and other departments related. Performs planning efforts within the department, either for operational situations daily or on assigned projects. This role involves executing tasks related to inventory, maintenance and repair, communication and coordination with internal clients, organization of workspaces, document and file management, and maintenance and care of corporate vehicles. ESSENTIAL DUTIES • Support in receiving purchases, identification, inventory, movement or delivery of equipment, including regional offices • Conduct basic maintenance and minor repairs on fixed assets • Collaboration and communication with internal stakeholders to provide services • Set up and configuration of meeting rooms or shared corporate spaces • Coordination of inactive file storage, including receipt, retrieval, and delivery to designated areas. • Oversee and coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and management of the corporate vehicle fleet, including registration renewal, cleaning, and incident reporting • Prepare reports as required.
