We are currently looking for a Traveling Associate Dentist (Hartford/New Britain) to become part of our expanding team. As an Associate Dentist, you will provide dental services to patients with the assistance of your team. Our practice is equipped with:

• DentaPro software
• Digital x-ray and Panorex units
• Fiber-optic handpieces
• Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
• A supportive team structure: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
• A patient demographic primarily consisting of ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on the location
• An office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
• A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors

• Guaranteed base compensation of $800 per day with unlimited earning potential (dependent on experience and start date)
• Sign-on bonus of $50,000

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• A DDS/DMD degree from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
• A current, valid dental license in the states where care will be provided, or eligibility for licensure
• Additional certifications as required, including CPR and DEA
• Nitrous Oxide certification (only for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
• A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults
