Our organization is actively looking for board-certified or board-eligible physicians trained in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to become part of our established and emerging outpatient Primary Care practices in the greater Hartford area.

Position Highlights

  • Full-time outpatient position with Monday to Friday office hours.

Certification & Licensure Requirements

  • Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • A valid medical license (or eligibility) in Connecticut.
  • DEA registration and state-controlled substance certification, or the ability to obtain both.
  • Maintained credentialing in line with medical staff bylaws and regulatory standards.
  • Current BLS certification.
