Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active California State SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Strong background in providing individualized therapy to children and adolescents
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and related service professionals
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one therapy services to students with diverse speech and language needs
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to develop targeted intervention plans
- Maintain confidential records, document progress, and complete required reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies
- Educate and support staff and families regarding communication disorders and intervention techniques
