Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active California State SLP license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Strong background in providing individualized therapy to children and adolescents
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and related service professionals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one therapy services to students with diverse speech and language needs
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to develop targeted intervention plans
  • Maintain confidential records, document progress, and complete required reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies
  • Educate and support staff and families regarding communication disorders and intervention techniques
